Private classes are shared in Russian, English or Spanish. Special programs are created for each student depending on personal needs and goals. From very beginners to advanced practitioners who are willing to take their practice further. Each session include breathing techniques, gentle warm-up, asana practice, relaxation and meditation. Classes are 60, 75 or 90 min long.

Stand up Paddle & Sup Yoga

in Ocata / el Masnou and Costa Brava

from May till October

Classes are normally held on Saturdays, but there is a possibility to organise a session during the week for groups of minimum 3 people.

If you have never done paddle boarding before, I will be happy to show you everything you need to know to have a great time with your first SUP experience.

Reservations are required as there is a limited number of boards.
